1)     PRODUCTS AND SIZING

What is the composition of the garment?

All our collection is made of 100% organic cotton

How can I wash the garment?

To ensure that the items you buy last a long time and retain their beauty, always see the label on your garment and contact us for more details

How do I choose my size?

Our collection includes flowy, airy, and breathable designs that reflect the personality of the wearer. Each piece comes in universal sizing, with size references listed under each product description.

2)     PURCHASE ONLINE

How can I place an order?

To purchase a product on the Urbnwhyt Online Store:

1. Select the product.

2. Add the product to your cart.

3. If you decide to continue shopping, you can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top right of the screen.

4. Click on the shopping cart icon and decide when to proceed with the order.

5. Enter your payment information.

6. Check that the information entered is correct and click on "Purchase".

7. Within a few minutes, a thank you message in the center of the page will inform you that the purchase process has been completed successfully. Finally, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

What is the discount code and how does it work?

The discount code is provided to take advantage of special offers. Use the valid code within the promotional time to avail discount on full priced items.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

If you have received a discount code, all you have to do is enter it in the order completion page:

The discount will be calculated and displayed automatically.

Please, check that the discount has been applied before completing your purchase. Remember to enter the discount code when finalizing your order as it will not be possible to add it later. If,after checking, your code does not work, please contact us.

3)     ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How can I verify that my order has been confirmed?

If the order has been placed correctly and is confirmed, you will automatically be redirected to the confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also receive an email with all the details.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will still receive an email when your order is processed from our warehouse with a link to track your shipment.

Can I cancel or change my order (add or delete items)?

Once you have completed your order, you cannot change or cancel it.

You will have to wait for the delivery and proceed with any return and / or repurchase after contacting us with the reason for the exchange and await our approval reply within 24-48 hours.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes place on average within 1-3 working days from the shipment of the order in U.A.E. For international shipping, we will contact you to advise on shipping costs and expected time for your shipment to arrive to your address.

What are the shipping costs?

Free delivery for U.A.E orders. International delivery shipment cost will be charged and addressed as and when we receive an order from you.

How can I track my order shipment?

All orders are sent with a traceable shipping service and, once shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the link to track the progress of your parcel.

After 24 hours from sending the order, you can follow the shipping status byaccessing the tracking page.

More than 24 hours have passed and I have not received the order confirmation email, what do I do?

If you viewed the confirmation message at the time of purchase, we recommend that you also check the spam folder. If you can't find your order confirmation email, please contact us.

Is payment secure?

Security is extremely important to us, so we want you to know that your information will be encrypted and secure. On the Urbnwhyt Online Store, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of certified secure servers and the adoption of the most advanced encryption systems (SSL). All transactions are processed by a secure online payment gateway that transfers payment information using the highest security standard, in encrypted form: your credit card details will be totally unreadable to third parties. Who should I contact for assistance in the event of a garment defect?

We are very sorry if you received a defective product and we want to help you solve the problem as quickly as possible. Contact our Customer Service as soon as you discover the defect and provide as many details as possible (order number, which item is defective, which is the defect, etc). A member of our Customer Service will find a solution and answer your request as soon as possible.

How can I make a return?

How can I change my purchase?

To return your purchase, we recommend you to follow the instructions on the Returns & Exchange page

Do you accept refunds?

No refunds, only exchange. As a small family-run brand, we are unable to offer refunds. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, so we appreciate your consideration when placing an order.

We have a 2-day exchange policy. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. Take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept items with makeup marks, stains or odors. Items marked on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange
